Check-In will be by first initial of last name in these times only.  

  • 9:15am-10:00am  - A-H
  • 10:00am-10:45am - I-P
  • 10:45am-11:30am - Q-Z

Warm-Up Time: 11:30am-12pm

Have you made a decision to move on to another College or University to continue your softball career but really don’t know how to show your skills to other collegiate programs?  Our Portal Showcase is designed so that you can showcase your abilities in front of our camp staff and all the others that have been invited to attend this event. 

Here is how we work:
We only allow a limited number of athletes into our camps per positions so that our teams are balanced when we go into game play.  Once we fill our spots, we will then open up a waitlist.  From there, if anyone cancels, we will fill from the waitlist.   You will register as a Pitcher, Catcher, Middle IF, Corner IF, Outfielder or Utility Player. 

We know that you may decide to go on the NCAA portal anytime between March and the middle of May but we will not open up this camp until late April/early May.    During the registration process we will ask you a host of questions about your school standing, test scores, eligibility and many softball related questions to share with our College Coaching partners. 

Here is how our Showcase will be structured:
Hitters will go through hitting stations to include front toss and live hitting off of pitchers.  Our pitchers will pitch live to hitters and will pitch in the bullpen in front of our staff. Athletes will be given an opportunity to showcase themselves at the primary defensive position. Each camper will be placed on a team and the team will play 2 games that will be 100 minutes each.  Our College Coaching Staff will Coach the teams and many others Coaches will be present to observe.

Diamond Direction Events, LLC will not communicate with anyone (media, travel ball coach, college coach, private instructor, high school coach) regarding those student-athletes planning to attend, registered for, or attending this Portal Camp. This includes, but is not limited to, registering or removing a camper at any time. Communication about registration or attendance will be directly with the student-athlete and/or her parent or legal guardian.

WHAT TO BRING | Each player must bring her own softball equipment. Players should bring a glove, bat, helmet, cleats and any other equipment they feel necessary to compete. Please bring tennis shoes for indoor facility.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION | This Camp is limited by position.

CANCELLATION POLICY | In order to be compliant with NCAA rules, please understand that any payment you make towards camp is non-refundable.
